How to Checkout

Have you found the player you want, then do the following to add your stuff to the shopping cart:

Step 1: Some players come with different internal size memory or the option to add additional memory cards. Select the internal memory size you want and (optional) choose a extra memory card if you want.
Step 2: Choose your free gift with your MP4 Player (not available on combo deals or specials).
Step 3: Choose any additional accessories that you may want. You can find out more about our value packs here.
Step 4: Select your shipping - standard shipping is available for $6.50 and is available for any country. EMS shipping is $18.50 but is limited to a few select countries, read which countries are eligible for EMS shipping here.
Step 5: Choose how many players you want, looking to buy semi wholesale, then visit our wholesale section. Once you have chosen how many you want, click 'Add to cart'. NOTE: If you choose to buy more than one item, then if you add '2' to the quantity box, both your players will come with all the options you chose between steps 1 - 4, this is the same if you want 3 or 4 and so on. However if you want different items for your second, third etc player, then you need to add 1 player at a time to your cart each with your different choices. Once you have added what you want to the shopping cart and want to checkout, then do the following:

Step 1: Verify the contents of your cart, check the options you choose (especially if there was an option for internal memory size).
Step 2: Change the quantity or add extra items to your shopping cart if you wish.
Step 3: Once you are satisfied with everything, press checkout, if you have a PayPal account (and have never bought from us), then choose 'Check out with PayPal' - this is PayPals express Checkout, checking out this way will automatically create a shopping account (where you can track your order status) with your shipping, billing and contact info that PayPal has. If you have purchased with us before or don't have a PayPal account or don't want to pay with your PayPal account, then click the blue checkout button.

Step 4: New customers can choose to either use PayPals Express Checkout, which will automatically create a shopping account on our system or if you want to checkout with a credit card or not use PayPals Express Checkout option (you can still choose to pay by PayPal later) then click the sign up button to make your own shopping account.
Step 5: Returning customers can just log in and continue to checkout.

Step 6: Check your shipping address, change it if necessary.
Step 7: Please don't get confused here, this 'Free Shipping' option is always here, apart from wholesale items or items specifically marked with free shipping, you will have chosen your paid shipping option earlier on the product page of the player or accessory that you wanted, please refer to the first instructional image at the top of this page.
Step 8: If you have any special requests, such as how you may want the customs form or customs value to be declared for your country, this is where you would enter such information.
Step 9: Verify everything and press continue to the Payment Information step.
Step 10: When on the Payment Information page enter any discount coupons that you may have. If you get an error when you proceed with checkout stating the coupon is invalid, check to make sure that the coupon is still valid and your coupon is applicable to the items in your cart.
Step 11: Redeem or use any gift certificate or preloaded balance for your purchase.
Step 12: Choose how you want to pay:
- Use PayPal IPN if you want to pay by PayPal or use your credit card to pay for your order (you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card with this option). If you have anything other than a Visa or Mastercard credit card then you must use this option if wanting to pay by a major credit card.
- Use Checkout with PayPal to pay with your PayPal account.
- Use Credit Card via World Pay to pay with your Visa or Mastercard credit card.
Step 13: You will now reach Order Confirmation page, look over everything and make sure everything is correct. If everything is correct then click Confirm.

After step 13 you will be redirected to either PayPal or Worldpay secure checkout pages, follow the instructions on those pages to checkout. Once you have paid you will automatically be sent to our site, when you will get a confirmation from our system that we have received your order. You will also get a email with your order details.
