Causing confusion is the QiGi U1000 Smartbook which is actually a nifty looking 5 inch MID. It has a 5 inch WVGA touchscreen and runs Windows Mobile 6.1. It’s powered by a 624MHz Marvell PXA310 processor and has 256MB of RAM. Bells and whistles include a respectable 3.2 megapixel camera, GPS, WiFi, quad band GSM/EDGE connectivity and microSD support up to 32GB. Not to be outdone, it also serves as a regular phone.
