Sling Media have already launched their SlingPlayer Mobile app that allows you to steam live or recorded TV onto your Android device - we can now safely say that the app works best on a larger screen, or more specifically, on the Archos 101. To remind you of the specs of the device that plays host to the Mobile app - the Archos 101 has a 10-inch capacitive touchscreen and uses a 1GHz OMAP3630 Cortex A8-based processor with Android 2.1, and has HD - apparently prime specs for such an app. Via a Slingbox that is suppose to be hooked onto your home media system, the SlingPlayer Mobile app let's you stream from cable, satellite, IPTV, or broadcast signal, or play recorded shows from TiVo or other supported DVRs. The sturdy, glossy looking device seems to divert away from the popular thin, sleek and less... bubbly player's that are out on the market today. The apparently lightweight larva blob is a 7-inch HD player that supports CMMB mobile TV which apparently allows up to 3 years of free television with the option of continuing after - of course. The player also has a Kay Rcker C series map that SiRF Atlas-IV GSP chip for easy navigation, as well as voice navigation. It unfortunately does not have a touchscreen but the screen it does have has a resolution of 800 x 480. HiPhone's latest, the F06-Slim Wifi TV phone, is a quad-band GSM phone which boasts at TV tuner, MP3, MP4 playback and record, GPRS, FM radio, JAVA, Wifi, Bluetooth and a 3.2-inch touchscreen.
All considered this HiPhone release shapes up to be a pretty impressive phone, especially with the cool US$190 price tag.

Iriver's sleek B30 PMP is turning heads with its straight-forward but effective interface.
The Korean-made B30 receives digital TV and radio broadcasts and is available with either 4, 8 or 16GB of flash storage along with a microSD card slot. The 40hrs battery life (for audio, 5.5hrs for video) compliment the 2.8-inch screen, all adding up to an impressive and unique PMP.
