Sigo have announced their V100HDT MP4 player, a 768p HD capable player indicating that it uses the Sochip SC8600 AKA Boxchip F15 chip - this is all but confirmed in the image above of the default Sochip UI. This means the player will do video playback admirably, supporting a wide range of video file formats from MKV to AVI to WMV, RMVB, MP4 and more. The V100HDT is a 4.3-inch player, and is essentially an upgrade to the V100, though the processor remains the same. The screen and battery life will be the upgraded components, the screen offering better viewing angles. The V100HDT has an interesting design choice - a physical scroll wheel to browse through songs, something you don't find much on PMPs. It's a novelty feature, for sure, but it is almost certain that users will grow quickly
Sigo's v200 5-inch PMP is a Sochip wielding non-brute, sporting the Boxchip F16 / Sochip SC8600 doing 768p video on its 800x480 screen. The 768p is very slightly unorthodox (ie. 720p) and refers to a maximum video playback resolution of 1366x768. As we've come to know with SC8600 players, this PMP will do video well and will handle most, if not all, file formats with ease, some of which include the more common formats: MKV, AVI, WMV, MPG, MP4, VOB, DAT, FLV, RMVB etc. The player's got a simple and sleek look but really, when we boil it down to its constituents, it's nothing special. Think of it as turnip soup - monumentally uninteresting. The V200 finds itself entering a market in which comparable players are found every which way you look and does little to distinguish itself from the
This Sigo V100 4.-3inch player is meant to be entering the fray, the vast battlefield of cheap, small form factor PMPs in the Chinse market. The Sigo V100 will handle videos up to "768p" which indicates that it may contain the Boxchip F16, otherwise known as the Sochip SC8600, of which "768p" is oft used as the maximum supported video resolution. The player will support the standard array of video file types including, but not limited to, MKV, AVI, MOV, MPG, RMVB etc.
This just looks like another unremarkable yet capable 4.3-inch player.

Well they say so. After their senses-assaulting array of multicolour players, Sigo have gone back to basics with the Song Si S10 and focused making a slim and simple PMP.
Measuring 82mm x 49.5mm x 10.5mm (or 42.6 cubic centimeters if you'd prefer) the player is housed in a plastic shell that should make it pretty light as well.
Unfortunately Sigo have been so preoccupied with saying how small and white it is that they've ommited any technical or pricing details.
What we do know is that it supports MP3 and MP4 so you can definately listen to music an watch videos but on what chip or whether the UI is as slick and simple as the player is at the moment a mystery.

The Song Si Sigo N40 PMP is marketing hard on its range which assigns an adjective to each colour, namely elegant black, ideal blue, fresh green, sunny orange, red self-confidence, romantic purple and soft pink.
Apart from going in depth about how the colours effect your mood and provide harmony for life, the only other info the press release can offer is that it apparently is made with aerospace-grade ultra-thin metal technology. No word on specs yet.
