There’s finally a worthy successor to the immortal calculator watch – Samsung’s S9110 touchscreen watchphone. The wrist gadget is the world’s thinnest touchscreen cellphone (at 11.98mm) and is scratchproof to boot. The watchface/screen 1.76 inches with a 176 x 220 pixels, 262 colour TFT TSP display. The cellphone syncs email with Microsoft Outlook, has Bluetooth 2.1, 40MB of internal memory, MP3 player, speakerphone, 630mAh battery, voice recognition and goes on sale in France this month.
