Dual-screen Tablet/Notebook by Mintpass.

November 9, 2010 by Alex in Tablet with No Comments.

Much like the Toshiba Libretto W100 and the MSI laptops, Mintpass have come out with a dual-screen computer. It allows users to fold out a second screen and use the both of them side-by-side or use the lower screen as a virtual on-screen keyboard. Unlike the Toshiba and MSI laptops however, the Mintpass tablet will not only have two screens, but two OS' as well - Window 7 and Android. There are even words passed between Mintpass and Google to get Android Market and other apps onto the device. Perhaps with a little bit of patience and perseverance, the new Mintpad mini-tablet could end up running Gingerbread or Honeycomb - it seems fitting enough. via liliputing

Mintpass Mint Cube MP3 Player – Dials and Buttons

December 7, 2009 by Tom in PMP with No Comments.

If what you thought was missing from your MP3 player was dials and needles then the Mint Cube’s for you! The three dials correctly display volume, battery power and FM radio frequency. The selection buttons are all analogue too and they hope to achieve the nice retro ‘click’ you found with cassette players. It also has Bluetooth for some wire-free music listening, making this a pretty cool and certainly unique little (50mm x 50mm x 50mm) player. [Via Mintpass]
