This ZTE V7 4-inch MID runs on the Maemo OS, and it sports a 806 MHZ Marvell PXA310 processor, a 3.2-megapixel camera, and a 1800 mAh battery. The device looks quite snappy and responsive and generally intriguing. MIDs really are coming in full force.

The veteran MID makers who were the first to produce an Intel-powered MID (the P8860, fact fans) have revealed their latest offering.
The N500 uses an ARM-based 806Mhz Marvell PXA310+ processor running Maemo OS.
With a hint of Nokia smartphone about it (especially the Optima OP5-E, whose specs it mirrors closely), this MID also has the ability to run as a phone and sports GPS.
The screen's a 4.3 inch WVGA resistive touch screen and it has 128MB DDR RAM, 256MB ROM, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G, VGA webcam, 3.2MP camera and a 2600Ah li-on battery.
It's out in China for 3999 Yuan / $586.
