IQQ Goes ‘NOVO’ With Their 5-Inch Android + WiFi Tabs – The M1 And M3

July 12, 2011 by Alex in Android Tablet, MP4, PMP, Tablet with No Comments.

China's IQQ brand are introducing their own small-sized smartPMP/Android tablet, which one could see as following in the right footsteps of Ainol and their NOVO line. These two tabs are the M1 and the M3, both of which share very similar specs. Their differences aren't very clear at the moment other than the M1 being reported to be released first, and the M3 to still have further development - so there could still be some added features to come. Click after the break for more info on the two. Specification wise, both the M1 and the M3 are powered by a Jz4760B processor, runs Android 2.2 (FroYo) OS, has WiFi connectivity and has a 5-inch screen with an aspect ratio of 16:9 and a resolution of 800 x 480. The tablets themselves share a similar design to the NOVO tabs, and I'm sure an

Not To Be Forgotten, The M3s Receive A Stellar Review On IFans.com

June 29, 2011 by Alex in Audio, Brainwavz, Earphones IEM, M3 with No Comments.

From amidst the shadows of the recently released Brainwavz B2s, the Brainwavz M3s have stepped out and into the lime-light once again. iFans.com writer Marcus has submitted a well constructed review of the M3s that detail in every aspect one can when reviewing earphones, including specifications, and accessories! Better still, each section is ranked out of 5 stars, and the best yet, the M3s received plenty (of stars)! The review is thorough, from the actual build and comfort of the unit to the individual sound frequencies: bass, mids, high. Read the full review here and find out what overall score the M3s received! "90 dollars may seem steep for a pair of headphones for some, but at this price, they are actually quite worth it. They offer much better audio quality than many other hea

Tristan’s M3 & ProAlpha Brainwavz Impression

Mp4nation forum member Tristan Shiz has been kind enough to post his impressions on his pair of Brainwavz M3's and ProAlphas on MP4nation/forum.com - even though it was way back in 2008! We've decided to mention it on our blog site as it's a great review and makes for an easy read. Tristan compares the two brainwavz IEM's with his Sennheiser CX500's and it's great to see that they've both come out on top despite their differences in quality - "I put my Cx500s back in and instantly heard the difference…..and it was not good." We know that the M3's are overall far superior than the ProAlphas, so it's nice to see one of our budget IEM's complimented in such a high manner - "Genuinely impressed with these earphones….the fact that I can replace a $115 set of earphones with a $13 pair amaz

“Tight bass, good detail, balance”

November 4, 2010 by HS in Brainwavz, Earphones IEM, Forum Member Related with No Comments.

Resident forum wiseman TheWarriorPoet has put together a quick review based on his experiences with a review unit of the Brainwavz M3 IEM.  Among other quotable lines to "tight bass, good detail, balance" were "[the] M3's carry a wide soundstage, and have a good presentation" and "bass I would describe as more punchy than boomy." Like with the M1s and M2s, TheWarriorPoet did encounter microphonics, but this can be remedied by slinging the cables around your ear. If you like your music loud, it also shouldn't impose. Overall, I've done all too much paraphrasing and am ruining the well-thought and well-written review by TWP which you should read here, which is also the thread that all other user reviews will go in, so a wealth of information abound. via forums

Introducing the Brainwavz M3 IEM Earphones

October 15, 2010 by Raz in Brainwavz, Earphones IEM with 5 Comments.

Today i am proud to introduce our Brainwavz M3, the fifth Brainwavz model to be released. The M3 is able to accurately replicate sound, provide clear and crisp vocals with a bass that is refreshing, making the overall audio quality sound delicious to your delicate ears. The design of the M3 is quite different, to be honest there maybe some who will not enjoy how the M3 fit in their ears and for some it may take getting used to, i was in the latter of the two categories. However those who like to wear their earphones in an over the ear fashion will enjoy how the design of the buds quite a lot, but they also sit well and comfortably in a non over the ear fashion. The M3 come with the same high quality silver cabling as the M1 and M2. The Brainwavz M3 is not a cheap pair of earphone

Dec Releases I50 – Meizu M3 Clone

March 31, 2008 by Raz in PMP with 2 Comments.

DEC release their latest MP3/MP4 player with a design very similar to that of the Meizu M3 Music card, DEC isn't the first to clone the M3 design, Newman also has one (but has not been released). The I50 seems to use the RK2608A chipset, with AVI, WMA, APE, FLAC and AVI file support, it also uses a tactile strip for navigation, a 1.46 TFT LCD screen and whats most impressive is its thin waist line - only 7mm thick. Doubtful if this will ever make it to our store, but it does look like a nice little player. Discuss on our forums
