Brainwavz bursts onto the headphone scene with the HM3, the newest addition to the Brainwavz line up. Boasting an attractive, understated yet robust design, the HM3 headphones excel in the mids and lows, giving it an exciting and, importantly, fun sound signature.
Featuring a dynamic driver design, the HM3 provides a bass that growls and a mid-range that purrs without sacrificing clarity and detail in the highs. Ideal for any genre of music, the HM3 makes your music fun!
The HM3 marks Brainwavz’s expansion into the headphone market, and is just the first of a fleshed-out range that is to follow.
The HM3 comes fully accessorized, coming with an extra pair of earpads as well as a ¼” adapter and instruction booklet.
The HM3 will retail for US$69.50, carrying a one year limi
As we've said before, earphones and headphones come in a colourful array of shapes and designs. One such concept design is the Stetheadphones. And as the title points out, its a stethoscope shaped set of headphones. Be it playing doctor or you being a real doctor, you can listen to the Dr (Dre of course) whilst performing open heart surgery. Bored of listening to the mundane drone of a heartbeat? Sneakily hide your player in your hand, place on the chest of your patient and listen to the super-funk beats of Fatboy Slim instead. As mentioned, these clinically designed headphones are currently but a concept , but hopefully you'll be seeing doctors shaking their arms all over the place - Push the Tempo style.

The EMOCION AL-DP100V 5.1 Headphones have been reviewed by the good people over at AkihabaraNews, and though the things might look fairly impressive, the final verdict is not what one would call a glowing appraisal. These headphones are produced by the ALLA corporation, a fairly new Japanese company on the headphone market (2003). These earphones have been mainly targeted at gamers, so AkihabaraNews put them to the test and here's what they had to say:
"Overall build quality of the product is not good ... if you’re looking for good headphones dedicated to the music, I won’t recommend it to you ... Nothing minds blowing here."
Pretty harsh. Click read more to see the specs of these headphones.

It's no surprise when fashion brands, music and technology mix and another textbook display is this admittedly pretty nicely packaged Hysteric Glamour set of earbuds.
What is a surprise is the $77 pricetag. Unless they've got some serious hardware inside you're really paying a lot to get the brand on your green or black headphones.

Born out of a relationship between a radio company and a high-end audio equipment manufacture, these nice looking Japanese Thulhu Caine headphones are simple enough to not be garish but unique enough to get noticed.
All that and given the manufacturing credentials, these should shape up to be a pretty impressive pair.
Italian vegetable tanned leathers wrap around hte headband and a leather strap holds the cords together.

Live Nation must have seen how well Monster Cable are doing with their rapper/pop star endorsements so have jumped on the bandwagon with a series of custom earbuds, the first of which come from acclaimed rapper Lil Wayne, or Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. to his mother.
By ChipChick's account they sound pretty good, feel good (with the cable mimicking the look and feel of a sneaker lace) and will retail for around $20.
That's massively below Monster's huge prices so these and their 10mm driver might be a little more disposable.
Other Live Nation artists such as Shakira are rumoured to follow suit as the music industry continues to decline and merch makes up for the CDs that once were.
