The folk over at generationmp3 have reviewed the Evigroup Wallet (forming the second Android 1.5 MID out of France, the first being the Archos 7 HT) which, if you think back, was receiving some major hype back in 2009. This is an Android 1.5 MID, with a 5-inch 800x480 screen and powered by a Samsung ARM chip (6410) clocked at 667MHz. The review is generally positive, citing price as one of the standout qualities.

After missing its initial release date, the French Android based eviGroup Wallet MID has resurfaced with a new design and a newly pencilled in date, namely next month.
The new prototype looks a lot less iPhone inspired and has picked up a front facing camera during its extended period in the womb.
Features that have carried over include the 800 x 480 WVGA touchscreen, WiFi, GPS and integrated 3G.

The French company eviGroup have released all the details on their Wallet MID and first impressions seem to be lukewarm, regarding it at just kind of standard rather than anything to get excited about.
It has a 5 inch WVGA touchscreen, a camera, GPS, weighs 7.05 oz, runs Android 1.5 on a 533/667MHz Samsung ARM processor with 128/256MB of RAM and is available with up to 8GB of internal storage expandable with a microSD card.
It has no Bluetooth but does have WiFi and 3G. A larger 7 inch version is also on the cards.
