Elecom’s Bluetooth Keyboard And Stand – A Nice Set-up

February 3, 2011 by Alex in Accessories with No Comments.

Japan's Elecom has come out with two new products within their TK-FBM023E and TK-FBM023 series - a Bluetooth 3.0 keyboard that comes with a universal stand. The keyboards come in both black and white colour, and either with the Japanese 82-key layout, or the universal English layout. Interested? All you'll need is a Bluetooth compatible tablet, be it an Android tablet, iPad, iPhone or even PC or PS3. If you don't have one, here's the perfect excuse to go out and get one (Android tablet from MP4nation.net seriously recommended). More images after the break. via akihabaranews

Elecom Sundries Drugs Earphones For Aural Administration

Good for novelty value and amusing headlines, these pill-shaped earphones from Elecom don’t dazzle with their 16? Impedance/95dB/1mW output, but the range of 8 colours and interesting shape could pull in punters. Elecom are of course the visionaries who came up with Lego block earphones back in October. Whatever next? via akihabaranews Discuss on the MP4Nation forum.

Lego Soundblock Headphones

October 9, 2009 by Tom in Accessories with 2 Comments.

Ever-cool Lego is getting another modern-day update this month, this time protruding from your ears. The Lego Soundblock headphones are being released in Japan by Elecom who are putting them out in black, blue, red, white, pink and multicoloured options. They cost $23 and if they're compatible with real Lego bricks just imagine the kind of fun you could have building up little constructs to stick out of your ears. In that feat, your only enemy will be gravity. [Via Slipperybrick] Discuss on the forum.

More Fashion ‘Phones – Elecom EHP-H100

October 2, 2009 by Tom in PMP with No Comments.

Elecom have gone two-tone with their colourful folding headphones, the EHP-OH100s. They are available in 7 different colours feature a 30mm driver unit, a 30 Ohm impedance, an output of 104dB/1mW and works on a 20Hz to 20kHz frequency and cost around $56. While it might not be the more audio-conscious among us buying these "Sundries Contrast" headphones, they look ok. Elecom have, in my opinion, missed a trick though by not taking advantage of the colour scheme and getting Oreo in on the deal for some snazzy branded cookie-ear action.
