Archos Unveil Their Future; PMPs and Mini PCs

As previously reported Archos are gunning for the MID market and have revealed the Archos 9, along with their Archos 2&3 PMPs. The Archos 9 tablet sports an 8.90inch 1024 x 600 resolution touch screen (with a rumoured 12-inch version due out early 2010), an Intel Atom Z515 processor, 1GB RAM DDR2 400/533, US15W chipset, an 80GB hard drive, stereo speakers, microphone, Realtek ALC269 soundcard, dual DVB-T receiver, a built-in camera, VGA video output, Bluetooth 2.1 and runs Windows 7 and weighs about 800g. The Archos 3 has a pretty standard but slick look with a 3-inch touch screen with virtual wheel design with all the regular media playback specs aso well as FM radio, a recorder, stopwatch, calendar, photo browsing and an 8GB capacity.
