Fiio E7 USB DAC AMP Videoed – Still not released

The Fiio E7 has made its first video debut, it looks like one of the guys at Fiio have made a short video showing how the prototype looks and the different options available on the device. We heard from Fiio last week that the E7 was delayed due to certain components being out of stock from their supplier. Lets hope its out soon :) Discuss on our forums Thanks LeoNikolas
Fiio E1 In the Flesh Pictures – Portable AMP Designed for the iPod

We received a nice surprise when we were got our latest stock of Fiio goodies, the nice people at Fiio sent us over a sample of their new and upcoming E1 portable amp. The E1, unlike previous amps, is specifically an in line amp for the Apple iPod, obviously from the above picture you can tell it connects to the iPods docking port. Many more pictures after the jump The E1 incorporates a remote of sorts, it does seem to have 5 functional buttons for track control, volume control and a play pause button located in the center. Fiio did tell us that the E1 we have is the finalized design and the sound quality of the sample will be the same as the final version, but on the sample version the programing for the buttons still needed to be done. Now i actually don't have any iPod's

iHome's portable media player headphones that double as an instant party when they're flipped open and the speakers get their amp power working. In theory. There's a lot of scope for them to fall into 'jack of all trades' territory though but for some mild music sharing they'll probably do the job. Without being to pessimistic it's certain the iHMP5 headphones in speaker mode will rock the party, as long as there's no one speaking and if you live near traffic, the window's closed. First Look: Nationite Edition Fiio E5

Well again not much of surprise here, as we work closely with Fiio we again have opted to get our own 'edition' of the very popular Fiio E5 portable amp. So whats the difference between the normal and the Nationite Edition, well nothing hardwarewise and very little cosmetically, we are just adding the 'Nationite Edition' logo to the front. All our Fiio E5 from now on will be the special Nationite Edition version, we will have by the end of December (hopefully as early as the 25th) 500 of these in stock. They will share the same retail box and same retail accessories as the normal E5. Buy one today for $24.50 Discuss on our forums
Fiio E5 Amp Handout Images and Short review

Today i went down to the Autumn HKTDC Electronic convention show, i was informed by Fiio that they would also be attending and showing off their new E5 portable headphone amp, so i took some time to visit their booth and check out their new successor to their popular E3 headphone amp. (click to see larger image) The above two images are taken from Fiios brochure after the convention, i was unable to snap a picture of the E5 that i was able to play with as photography is prohibited in such exhibition shows :( Design: Well, like probably many of you seeing the images, saw a stark similarity to the iPod Nano Shuffle, even the Fiio rep laughed at the similarities.
