Aluratek Cinepad Android Tablet’s Looks Like Marvell’s 100 Series

The Aluratek Cinepad Android tablet - recently announced at CES 2011 in Las Vegas - looks very similar - if not identical sans the branding - to the Marvell 100 Series tablet - there is one discernable difference though - a USD$100 mark up. With the Marvell 100 Series slate selling for USD$199, the Aluratek Cinepad is scheduled to debut in February for $299 a pop, making it somewhat less desirable. The specs seem to be the same - Android, presumably 2.2; 10.1-inch touchscreen display, WiFi connectivity and MicroSD expansion. Aluratek doesn't seem to be targetting the education sector like the Marvell. via ubergizmo
