Well, the man with contacts in high places has once again got first play with another excellent device from masters of affordable audio equipment, FiiO.
The E7 USB DAC headphone AMP is nearing production (waiting for parts) but samples have been sent out and ClieOS from www.inearmatters.net (and our own forums) has received his sample, with customized printing to boot - lucky devil.
The whole device looks typically well made, sleek, well packaged and rugged. Not sure on the final pricing yet but knowing FiiO it will be a good price and high quality.
Accessories wise, you have the soft pouch for storage, a silicone band in case you want to warp it with a DAP, a heavy duty USB cable, for a size comparison, ClieOS has taken some shots next to some more popular players.

As ever ClieOS is first of the line with their review of the new FiiO E1 line-out dock + headphone amp + remote control for the iPod.
ClieOS has once again been lucky enough to get their hands on ther latest gear from FiiO and put it through its paces, the E1 is a dedicated iPod accessory aimed at squeezing a little more sound quality and boost out of the players, pop over to the forum to read the full review, overall impressions seem to thats its good, worth having but not groundnreaking.

Well we should say the betas get a Zune user approval to be correct. Regular ABI(Anything But Ipod) member, DaHarder, has chosen the Beta Brainwavz along with the Nationite FiiO E5 amp to boost the audio quality of the new Zune HD media player.
Well we would like to thank DaHarder, who I have seen on the PMP/DAP scene for a long time now, for choosing the Brainwavz and the amp as part of their gear of choice, and we hope you continue to enjoy the combination of the hottest media players around with the best sounding budget phones on the scene (well we had to get a plug in some how :) )

ABI article
Well its the 25th today and we were awaiting the official announcement from RAmos on their new Andrioid based PMP. Well it was announced to be sure but what we were not expecting was the announcement of several other models as well
The Android will be known as the W7 and based on the Rockchip RK2808 chip - see here, but along with this we get ..
T11TE - Telechips version of the T11 player (In which there are 2 other version already out one still hot on the shelves!!)
WE also have the
T9HD (an update on the T9 rockchip player)
The "Family friendly" T7
and finally the T6, based on the sc6800 chip???
Well, did you get all that, its alot aint it, personally we think its too much, especially since we are currently seeing several new players announced eve
Yep, they just keep-on-a-comin - another new release from Onda this time we have a smaller 4.3" screen as opposed to the bigger 5" screen of the similar performing VX575 player
Nothing spectacular here its basically the same player as the VX575 and same as players from other companies that are using the same core chip to power this thing

Well for the last week its been the trend to announce a payer touting 1080P full HD, and Newman are not about to miss out, but this one may have a few extras beyond the others. The article claims that the device will be using the WinCE 6.0 OS, giving this player the ability to load third party apps. The normal bout of promises are also there, full H.264 and RMVB support, remote control, an essay of music and video formats. OTG is promised as well as PDF and MS Office formats will be supported.
Another nice feature touted is the AV-in video recording, with Newman claiming it will be able to record full 720P quality to the device, not sure how much you would get on a device like this as its flash based and so limited space may make this feature somewhat redundant.
Other quick specs
Even the best make errors so this is a correction to the post below about the new Teclast T56 media player. Normally we would just change the image but, seeing as several other blogs have now picked up this news, its better this way, then we can all correct our "copy and mistakes"
This is an image of the real Teclast T56 player
Also there was rumor about Nationite branding this - so far this has not been confirmed in any way

Yep this has appeared on imp3 but i am not actually sure for what player
They again claim and ALL FLASH ui, but who knows, in the article it mention the T11RK - is this a new UI for that player
The whole thing looks slick and well designed with widgets and controls abound and accessible, you know what, i think China is finally seeing the the UI is actually a fundamental part of usability - YAY!!!!?This could well be for a yet to be announced player or for their up and coming Android MID (but cant see any bluetooth or web icons) - or maybe it is for the T11RK - really cant work it out.
Anyway feast your eyes on this
