Video: TouchPal Wants To Be Your New Touch Pal

Swype is so far the leading keyboard software on the Android platform, with many others trying to take the crown but with Skype remaining with the crown still on its head. Well TouchPal has stepped up to the plate and is having a go at gaining your vote as the best Android keyboard. Find out what it has to offer after the break.

The company behind TouchPal announced their return on their Twitter page, as well as a promo video showing off the functionality of their latest development: the TouchPal keyboard. As you would imagine, its similar to Swype – it uses a similar trace input method, as well as a similar predictive text input to SwiftKey, and a keyboard-less interface that looks something like what we use to scribble with stylus’ on. In other words, it looks pretty darn good. Check it our for yourself from the video below.
