Leaked Specs For Dell’s 10-inch Windows 7 Tablet
Leaked documents containing specs on Dell’s upcomming 10-inch Windows 7 tablet has cropped up on a website called Dell Peju Insider. As these things go, the leaked specs are obviously unconfirmed ones and therefor should be taken lightly. But either way, they’re the only thing to go by for now: the tablet is reported to be powered by an Intel Core i5 processor, have 4GB of RAM, an SSD with a stellar 64GB or 120GB of internal storage, and a 10.1-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, meaning it can do 1080p video playback. The website also mentioned that the tablet will be launched with Windows 7 professional, but will also be compatible with Windows 8 come the OS’ release. There’s even mention of a beta version to be ready by the end of the summer. Other specs include HDMI out, WiFi, 3G and 4G (optional) connectivity, front and back cameras, touch and stylus support and a battery that’s to last 6+ hours. Dimension wise, the tablet is at: 274 x 170 x 15mm, and it supposedly weighs 862grams. The leaked info didn’t have any indication of price, but did say that the tablet should be available for shipping by October. Only time will tell if that, plus the mention specs, are true or not.
