Barnes & Noble’s New 6-Inch NOOK EReader!
Barnes and Noble have recently introduced their latest 6-inch E-ink touchscreen eReader – the NOOK eReader. It has the same screen size as the Kindle but apparently smaller overall. The new device also sports fewer buttons as the Kindle and is said to have a battery life of up to two months, thanks to the E-Ink. The NOOK Colour on the other hand would last around a day or two. The company also boasts no lagging during page turning and Google Android 2.1 with no third party apps for it. This opens up rooting possibilities for hackers to run other apps. Diameter wise, the device is: 165 x 127mm with nothig on thickness yet, but we do know that it weighs 213g, will be ready for launch come June 10th and will cost an affordable USD$139.
