HTC Thunderbolt Now Reaches 2000MHz!
Just days after we see the Thunderbolt hit 1.8GHz and pull off some ridiculous Quadrant runs, it’s now been scaled to 2000 MHz, an overclocking feat as impressive as it is worrying considering the already-bad battery life on the HTC handset. Rodriguez, the man behind the overclocking, has said that the phone is still quite stable at 1.99GHz – very impressive, though use of the word “quite” doesn’t bode well for those looking to get 24/7 2GHz overclocks.
