A Look At The itoos i7 A8-Based Tablet
You may remember the itoos i7 announced a while back – at that time, we only got treated to drawings. Now, we get a look at what the i7 tablet will look like and it doesn’t look too bad, though nothing out of this world either. It’s got an interesting button at the bottom of its frame, presumably a remappable back or home button, and presumably buttons along the side for further control. Other than that, we don’t see much else of it. itoos, however, are boasting about their built-in mic and how you can do Google searches with voice recognition. Pretty cool (you’ll see images after the break). To refresh your memory, a 7-inch tablet running on Android 2.2 and powered by the ARM Cortex A8-based Samsung S5PV210 chip clocked at 1GHz with a PowerVR SGX540 graphics processor on the SoC. 512MB DDR2 RAM and 1080p video playback capability round out an impressive feature list. It will come in 8GB flavour. Not a bad looking tab at all.
