Viliv X70 Tablet Specs Revealed
We knew that the Viliv X70 was going to be at CES this year, but when we last wrote of it, we didn’t know of the specs. We’ve since scrounged them up and, though not unexpected, they are still impressive. The X70 Windows 7 slate will run on – you guessed it – Windows 7 OS (Starter / Home Premium editions), will be powered by Intel Oak Trail Atom processor clocked at 1.5Ghz, comes with 1 or 2GB of RAM, features a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen display (1024 x 600), WiFi b/g/n, 3G (HSPA or EVDO or WIMAX) and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity, a 32/64 GB SSD, HDMI-out, a mini-USB port, a g-sensor, a built-in GPS module, a front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera and a rear-facing 3-megapixel camera, a 5600mAh battery for claimed 6 hours operation time. Whew – definitely an all-out impressive spec sheet. With Viliv’s track record, we’re sure this will be a great tab. Hope to see a video of it in action soon. No word yet on pricing, but will be available March 2011.
