Qualcomm Chips To Power More Than 20 Upcoming Tablets?

Imaged above is the Asus Eee Pad Memo, a 7-inch tablet that’s powered by a dual-core Qualcomm processor. Speaking of Qualcomm, EVP Steve Mollenkopf revealed that there are 20 tablets in development that are to be powered by Qualcomm processors. We’re not sure if the already known Asus Eee Pad Memo as well as the Lenovo Lepad count as part of those 20, but if so that’s still 18 new tablets coming out that will be powered by Qualcomm. Perhaps the HP Topaz also counts as one, which brings the total down to 17. And what about the HTC Flyer? Well, even if the number of Qualcomm tablets to look forward to that we don’t know about falls to 16, it’s still a heck of a lot, and we can’t wait to hear about them.
