Window N5Pro A 5-Inch “Smart PMP”

Window’s N5Pro is a 5-inch (800×480) “Smart PMP” – that is, it runs Android 2.1 but has no WiFi or 3G connectivity. It is an island in the Android community, essentially. Many feel that the Google Marketplace is as integral to Android as anything else, and without it, the access to a vast array of apps and customisability is robbed. To refresh your memory, the original N5 model was announced a while ago, and this N5Pro evidently upgrades the ex-model, increasing DDR2 RAM capacity from 128MB to 256MB, which is certainly welcome on any Android device that has no access to task killers! The RK2816 600MHz ARM9-based SoC from Rockchip lies at the heart of this smart PMP, and the device is capable of playing up to 720p HD video supporting the usual suspects of file format and codec types.
