TMSON K7 – Retro Looking 7-Inch E-Reader

E-readers have now hit the trend of the 7-inch screen, and TMSON’s K7 e-boo reader is no exception. This colour screen e-reader supports 720p video playback, which also seems to be a must-have now a days, and is powered by the Rockchip RK2729 processing chip meaning that with high audio quality, 720p might not be totally smooth. The K7′s format support includes TXT, PDB, PDF, RTF, HTML and more for its e-book, RM, RMVB, AVI, MOV, WMV and more for video playback on its 1280 x 720 resolution screen, and MP3, WMA, APE, FLAC, WAV and more for audio. It also supports JPEG, BMP, GIF formats for photo viewing. In an attempt to create more control when using and viewing the K7, TMSON has brought back the use of buttons (retro is back, again!) to help navigate through the reader’s many functions. The K7 also has FM radio, a built-in microphone, a MicroSD expansion slot and a high-speed USB port. The K7 should come at an affordable price, and the fact that it’s bringing back buttons (hooray!) its certainly not one to overlook, but rather to be used to look over (e-books). More images after the break.
