Catching up: CES 2011 Could Reveal Windows 8 Tablet
It very well could be the case that Windows 8 tablet could be introduced at the CES 2011, as well as a few other devices worth getting giddy over. Microsoft Windows 8-based slates still remain a mystery, but what has been sussed out through the veil that is rumour is that Microsoft will be showing off their operating systems through devices made by Dell and Samsung – which apparently are the weapons of choice for squaring up to Apple and its iPad. The Samsung tab is said to look similar to the iPad albeit slightly thicker (possibly the Samsung Gloria), and as for the Dell tablet – not much info there. It is rumoured that the Windows 8 slate’s release is said to be available around H2 2011 or even 2012.
