Creative Ziio 7 On Video

We now have a well put video showcasing the recently blogged Creative Ziio 7-inch touchscreen tablet. To recap on the specs of the Ziio 7 – it has a high-colour 800 x 480 resistant touchscreen, uses an X-Fi audio processor merged together with apt-X’s new audio codec system. This reduces Bluetooth lag almost completely so wireless listening becomes a walk in the park. It uses a Zii ZMS-08 chip that can decode 1080p via it’s HDMI outport as well as a front camera. Creative have also come out with the Ziio 10 – a 10 inch version that has a low-colour 1024 x 600 resistant touchscreen, also featured in the linked blog.

In terms of the video review, despite the unfortunate angle and distance, the reviewer does a pretty decent explanation of what the Ziio 7 does and how it performs – which seems to be smooth. little to no lag with the OS as well as the video playback. Though it would of been nice to of seen the performance of it’s wireless audio connection, perhaps from a wireless speaker. All in all, the Ziio 7 seems to be a smooth running tablet that promises good quality audio and video playback, which the video review seems to also agree on.
