SmartQ With Refresh of V5
SmartQ are coming out with a refresh of their popular MID/player, the V5. The refresh brings with it two important new features: a g-sensor, or accelerometer (so you can now play those balancing games!) as well as Bluetooth connectivity, which might allow for BT keyboards / controllers etc. Other than that, there doesn’t seem to be any other difference. The V5 will still be a 4.3-inch 800×480 device, running on Android 2.1 and capable of 1080p video playback. It’s got HDMI out too and won’t be expected to retail for much more than the original V5 did. All in all, a meaningful update from SmartQ. I think.
