ONN V1+ (We Haven’t Forgotten About MP3 Players)
In all this media hype of tablets and pads and MIDs, it’s easy to lose track of the tech which arguably started this all: the lowly, simple MP3 player. ONN are releasing a new one, following a string of brightly coloured players that have emerged from other brands in recent times. The ONN MP3 player looks just like a USB stick, is roughly the same size as a USB stick and – what do you know – can double as a USB stick. That there is something fairly cool. It’s got a tiny display, tiny buttons, comes in a tiny size (2GB). The screen is a 1.1-inch monochrome OLED, and the MP3 player handles the standard file formats like WMV, WAV, ASF and MP3. Also is an FM radio tuner.
