Onda Adds To “Touch” Lineup: VX580
Onda are busy expanding their “Touch” touchscreen lineup of players with the VX580Touch.The VX580Touch is a 5-inch (800×480) touchscreen player with full 1080p capable video playback and up to “1280p” which tells us this uses the Boxchip F10/Sochip SC9800 processor. File format support is therefore excellent including, but not limited to, MKV, AVI, WMV, VOB, RM/RMVB, MPG etc. The player will also have component/composite TV-out but surprisingly doesn’t have HDMI out. The interface looks pretty good and colourful. All in all, another decent offering into the 5-inch size-range.
