Mahdi M17FHD: A Toned-Down M16FHD

mahdi-m17fhd

The Mahdi M17FHD has shaped up to simply be a toned-down version of the M16FHD, a “768p” capable player betraying the Boxchip F16 internals, otherwise known as the Sochip SC8600. The M17FHD is toned down in the sense that it carries 4GB, rather than the standard 8GB that the M16FHD carries. Otherwise, it’s the same – a 4.3-inch player (480×272), with the usual suspects in terms of features and supports the standard array of video file formats (RM/RMVB, AVI, MKV, FLV etc.) All in all it’s another 4.3-incher that doesn’t amaze but is a solid all-round 720p PMP.
