Android-Based Digital Photoframe From Exemode

This digital photoframe, Exemode’s latest, runs astonishingly on Android 1.5, meaning it has the potential to be so much more than a digital photoframe, but the hardware, though as yet largely unknown, may be the limiting factor to this device’s versatility. The Exemode Digital Picture Frame’s CPU and CPU speed has yet to be even leaked, but what is known is that the device comes with 256MB RAM, 2GB flash memory, has several USB ports, stereo speakers, WiFi, LAN as well as a server application which acts as a sort of cloud based photo service which you can give others access to so they can upload their own photographs. The device even supports email (POP, IMAP4 clients) and all that requires is a 3G USB key. The screen is 8-inches in size, has an 800×600 resolution. With all this functionality, one might wonder if marketing it as solely a photo frame is selling it a bit short.
