Onda VX540Touch Buzzes
Onda recently announced that they will come out with a new player, the VX540Touch, one they are marketing as a kind of successor to the VX530Touch, perhaps one that is not at all unwelcome. The VX540Touch reportedly will come with an updated Flash-based UI that is promised to be both more stylish as well as intuitive, and well continue to have the usual array of features including full 1080p video playback. Still uncertain, though, on which chip will be used or what exactly the “new generation” screen that Onda boasts about will actually mean. What we do know as implied by the name, the screen will be a touchscreen and the player will be largely touch operated.
