iMP3 has quite an interesting article about possible processors that will power the upcoming tablet craze, many of which will be ARM cortex A8 processors, the article does seem to suggest that Rockchip are also developing their own cortex A8 processor, which if true, could be good news. The article deals with how Chinese homegrown chips and subsequent tablet products will be able to ‘rival’ the iPad and cost 1/3 of the price. The device pictured in these two images is not a Rockchip based device on a cortex processor, but a new, unbefore seen, RK2808 Android player.

I have to say that i like the look of this player, i even prefer more than the RAmos W7, i like that this will have physical buttons, something i feel complex players like MID’s should have. I can guess that this probably has between a 4.3″ to 5.0″ screen, but there aren’t any markings to suggest which manufacturer this is coming from. If you have any info, then let us know through our forums.
