The Teclast C430 is a 4.3 inch PMP that runs as 800 x 480 resolution that happily scales 720P/1080i output. Smooth playback should come from the T7200 core chip which supports H.263 (FLV), RM/RMVB, AVI, XviD, DivX, MPEG -1, MPEG -2 and more.
It also has OTG functionality and most importantly, has been babed out.
