Owen Onn V9 PMP Jumps To Full HD
Owen have taken their technology up a notch for the latest in the V series by swapping the CC1600 of the V8 for the Telechips TCC8901, allowing 1080P output from the 7 inch player.
The LTPS screen itself runs at 800 x 480 pixels and is more than happy to play all the regular video files, as well as H.264 and HD MKV.
Battery life’s touted at 6 hours for video and an impressive 30 hours audio playback, using the 3800 millamperes polymer battery.
The 8GB model’s available at 899 yuan / $131.
