The powerful processor and large file video format support make this player ideal for video viewing, the TC8901 processor is capable of supporting videos that are up to 1080p resolution - even blue ray rips will play on this! Without a doubt a buyer should consider this for primarily for their video viewing needs, however the audio on the player is also quite good, the built in wolfson WM8940 DAC ensures this, but the rather simple UI hinders this from reaching its full potential as an audio player. The UI itself is rather simple, but it is based on Flash so unlike some other similar players, the UI on this is rather interactive.
