Well who wouldn't have guessed that Ainol only compact sochip player would be nick named Bumble Bee, you would at least have expected there to be a yellow colored version!
The V6000HDK looks to run on a Sochip processor and will be capable of support multiple video formats, including MKV, upto a 1920 x 1080 (take that claim with a pinch/bag of salt). I suspect that this player is being released to compete against Onda's VX520 compact player, but there is no word if the V6000HDK will also come armed with HDMI out port.
No release date given, but the 4GB will only be about USD$44 (RMB$299).

The RAmos T8HD is a player with a similar face, well interface, the T8HD is basically a 4.3" version of the T11RK, it literally uses the very same user interface. There is one other change in the hardware from the T11Rk, the T8HD only has a 480 x 272 resolution screen, the T11RK has a 800 x480 resolution screen.
The T8HD use the same body design as the older RAmos T8, there really is no difference between the two, even their weight is almost identical, however the quality of the actual screen seems to be better, even though its only 480 x 272 resolution, images do look nice on the 4.3" screen and it has fairly decent viewing angles.
The UI is exactly the same as we saw on the RAmos T11RK, so you can expect nice kinetic scrolling as well as album art music browsing. The T8HD has the
Well now that i have a bit more free time, i thought i would do a photoshoot for the Nationite S:Flo2. You can enjoy looking at all the images on the product page.

Chuwi contact us today with the news that they will be having some new players coming out. At first i had hoped it would be news about their new linux based MID that i was informed about sometime ago, but it was infact news on another Telechips 8901 based player. The P7 looks to be on the same lines as the RAmos T11TE and the Teclast T56, it looks to have a 5.0" touch screen and a user interface that will be based around Flash. This is certainly a good thing as it means the UI will be much nicer and far more interactive than what we normally see from similar non flash based touch screen players.
We can also expect there to be an HDMI port on the player and it will support 1080p video playback and 1080p video out. There really isn't much additional information, I will update when i g
Well it's almost time for Christmas, but you may still not have picked up your gifts for your loved ones and friends. So why not use my suggestion for the top 5 gifts that you could give from MP4 Nation.
5. Beta Brainwavz $24.50
They're nice, look good and they sound very nice. At only $24.50 the Betas are a steal. If you don't have anyone to give these to, then treat yourself to one :P
4. Nationite HDVP-1 $89.50
Set top media players are becoming more and more common, but many that are available in shops in N. America or Europe tend to be an entire generation behind HDVP-1 when it comes to video playback capabilities. The HDVP-1 is a compact device that is capable of supporting numerous video formats and supports upto 1080p video playback. If you don't want the retail box an
More pictures are surfacing of what Windows new G85 players user interface will look like. So far i have been quite impressed with how the UI will look on this 4.3" touch screen player. One of the interesting things i spotted on this latest release of UI shots is the possible covert art browsing, which we do know is possible as it has been utilized on other Rockchip based players, such as the RAmos T9HD.
Overall the G85 looks to be shaping upto having quite a very nice looking UI, although to this date the UI shots have been renderings and no real images are our yet of how it really looks on the player.
The G85 is a RK2728B based player, capable of playing multiple video formats, inlcuding MKV, AVI, RMVB and FLV. It's also can play videos that are upto 1280 x 720 resolution and has
Teclast announced a few days ago that they would be using the new Rockchip media processor, RK2728B with their new player. The C350 will be a 3.0" touch screen and have a slim profile. The real highlight of this player is the RK2728B chip, the new chip is quite like the RK2806 chip, capable of playing multiple video formats, including AVI, FLV, RMVB and MKV.
I really haven't seen yet how this new chip can really perform, but if we are to believe the spec sheets that have been released for the RK2728B chip, then the player maybe able to support videos upto 1280x720 resolution. I really am not sure how this chipset is different from the RK2806 chip, which on paper, looks the same as the RK2728B chip. Well i look forward to getting my first RK2728B player and testing that baby out.
With a passing resemblance to the iRiver E30, the ONN V2’s bare looks are likely to divide opinion.
On its side though is the slim 6.8mm width and its ability to play MP3, WMA and WAV audio for up to 30 hours.
Working against it is fact it offers video playback on the dodgy looking 1.5 inch screen. Probably best stick to music with this one.
Price and date TBA.

The budget Rockchip RK2728B-powered MSI PMP has been unboxed by IMP3 and there are some telling shots of its UI.
See the pics and read the lowdown after the jump.
In the box it seems you get the usual affair, with the addition of a charger.
The specs are pretty standard, it’s a 4.3 inch 480 x 272 resolution non-touchscreen TFT player with the control buttons housed along the top of the player.
The UI seems like a simple, no-frills menu but at 299 yuan ($43) it’s the hardware that counts here and the RK2728B should pull up the quality when it comes to playback.
It plays MKV, AVI (DivX 3/4/5 XviD H.264 encoding), RM / RMVB, MP4, FLV (H.264/H.263 encoding), VOB, MPG, DAT, MOV and 3GP video files and MP3, WMA, OGG, WAV, AAC, APE and FLAC audio as well as decoding AC3 and DTS
From Japan, of course, comes these wooden earphones. Despite initial fears of splinters and looking like a hippy, these earphones are apparently built with an enclosed structure which reduced ambient noise and sound leakage.
It’s not all wood, either. It’s got a 24k gold-plated 3.5mm plug and costs around $39.
