Shinko 920HD – Half HD PMP
Now the ‘HD’ prefix usually extends 1080P output, the upcoming Shinko 920HD player is very much of the pre-1080P revolution camp.
The “blue and white porcelain” 4.3 inch, 480 x 272 resolution player supports H.246 and 720P encoded video and 34 others including MKV, RM, RMVB, AVI, MP4, FLV, DAT, MPG, VOB and TS.
The usual audio types are also supported, as well as image files.
It’s a 4GB player and costs around $50 over in China.
