Chuwi’s W3000 MID seem to be a quick starter, within 15seconds the MID is up and running, when compared to the SmartQ Q5, which takes 45 seconds to a minute to start, the W3000 looks like a darn Ferrari. Now comparing WinCE loading to a scaled down Ubuntu OS may not be fair, but for those that just want to quickly start up their player and start browsing the web or watch a video, waiting a minute can seem like forever and you would certainly hope that something as compact as the W3000 would startup fast.

Does it really start that fast? I’ve been looking for something similar - anything that starts up at the speed I’d like, never has all the features I need.
