SmartQ Tao Disected (thankfully not by me)
Sometimes it seems the only way to find out the accurate hardware info of a MP4 player is to crack it open, thankfully this SmartQ Tao player was opened by a far more skillful individual than myself. Imp3.net has some interesting pictures of the inards of this new MP4 player. Just to note, the pictures do confirm a few things, firstly that it has no built in internal memory, it does have a wolfson audio chip and it does have one very large capacity battery.
I also want to note that many people are mistaking this for a touch screen player – it is not a touch screen player at all.
