Newman releasing thin Manman A2 Player
Newman is coming out with what looks to be quite a stylish MP4 player (actually they are calling it an MP5 Player). The players design is similar to that of some others on the market, but the UI, at least in this mock image, looks much nicer than others.
The player will be about 8.2mm thick, making it quite slim and by the looks of it, the player will be sporting a nice metallic back. The A2 will run on the Rockchip RK2706 chipset, so it will allow for the standard hi res video playback, multiple audio and video format support. It will also have a 3.0″ TFT screen and TV out, a feature that has pretty much become standard on most new MP4 Players, however it doesn’t seem to have a built in FM transmitter. There is no indication on actual release date, but most likely it will be soon and will probably be priced quite reasonably.
