The RM970 was the first player on the market, back in Jnurary of 2008 to introduce us to the all new rockchip RK2706 chipset. Since then this players widescreen design has been widely imitated and pretty much stood as a benchmark design for the many players that followed.

Now though its time for the player to catch up and RAmos have now boosted this players abilities with a TV OUT function as well as adding a radio that was sadly missing from the original

As can be seen the players has been given the “+” sign to tell us this is something different, full details are not yet out but what is know is that it still uses the RK2706 chip as its younger brother does, other basic details are

• TV-Out
• FM Radio
• FM transmitter for listening in cars etc

Expect this for sale pretty soon and at what seems to be a similar price to the original RM970 player
