RAmos seems to have shown off a new player at CeBit (who knew they were even there), the RM955, based on the Sigmatel SMT36 chipset, is a touch screen MP4 player with built in bluetooth capability for wireless audio. The spec sheet at the Cebit, if you don’t take into account the bluetooth, shows this player to be rather standard, 2.8″ QVGA touch screen with a 240×320 resolution, AVI, MP3, WMA, JPEG and BMP file support and USB 2.0.

The player will come in a 2GB and 4GB model, with expandable memory slot and is slated for an April release. RAmos has previously used the SMT36 chipset and bluetooth combination in their older V150 model and if that player is anything to go by, you can expect the RM955 to be pretty pricey.
